Our team of moderators are experts and professionals in the market research industry. 

Each of our moderators has the training and experience necessary to establish a successful relationship with each respondent. They develop the answers you need by keeping an opened-mind, listening, observing, and probing. Whether it's an IDI, Focus Group, or In-Home Ethnography, their job is to "draw out" each respondent's opinions, ideas, and views while keeping the discussion moving and on topic.
